Release 13.4 - 9/24/2021
- Added a warning banner message to the Announcement Information page when users update the contact information after the announcement has been released to USAJOBS to remind users to select Update to USAJOBS to apply changes made after the announcement was last released. Note: This step is required to apply and publish any changes made after an announcement has been released to USAJOBS and is crucial to ensure proper processing of applications received.
Release 13.3 - 8/27/2021
- Defaulted the Ineligibility Code field to a blank value when adding an Eligibility Screen-Out on the Announcement Questionnaire page. Users must select between IAOC and IASA before saving the screen-out to ensure the correct NOR code is selected.

Release 13.2 - 7/30/2021
- Updated the Promotion Potential field to allow a grade lower than the grade(s) included in the announcement. Users will be presented with a warning validation message upon release.
Release 13.1 - 7/2/2021
- Added the ability to add a custom Location Label to each location added on the Announcement Location page. Users can select the Add Label option from the gear icon next to a location to add specific location information. This optional field has a 30-character limit. Once a label is added, it can be edited or deleted as needed by selecting the appropriate action from the gear icon list. Locations and labels cannot be edited/deleted once an announcement has been released and open. When using the Copy Locations option, any labels added will be copied along with the locations from the previous vacancy. Location labels will display in Label, City, State format in USAJOBS, the online application, application PDF, and announcement review.
