Biographic Information

The Biographic Information page is where you review and update certain information. This biographic information is retrieved from your USAJOBS account. Changes to this information should be made in your USAJOBS account. You cannot edit your name. This page includes your name, address, phone numbers, email address, and country of citizenship. This information is also included in your application record and is information the hiring agency uses to contact you. If changes need to be made to your name you will need to contact the agency contact listed in the vacancy announcement.

Note: Each applicant must have their own USAJOBS account. Sharing USAJOBS accounts is not permitted. The following elements are displayed:

• First Name. This is the first name you provided.
• Middle Name. This is the middle name you provided.
• Last Name. This is the last name you provided.
• Suffix. This is the suffix (e.g. Jr. II, III etc.) you provided.
• Home Address. This is the address you have provided. This field may be edited.
• Home Address 2. This is additional address information you have provided. This field may be edited.
• City/Town. This is the city or town information you provided. This field may be edited.
• State/Territory/Province. This is the state, territory, or province you provided. This field may be edited.
• Postal Code. This is the postal code you provided. This field may be edited.
• Country. This is the country you have provided. This field may be edited.
• E-Mail Address. This is the email address associated with the USAJOBS account used to apply. This field may not be edited.
• Country of Citizenship. Choose your country of citizenship from the drop-down list.
• Phone Numbers. This is the phone number you provided. This field may be edited.
• Add Phone Number. Use this button to add a phone number. For instructions, see Updating your biographic information.
