To access New Hire , follow the directions in the invitation emails sent by your HR Contact. You will first receive the following invitation email. This invitation includes a unique link that allows you to verify your identity and link your USAJOBS account to begin the onboarding process. This link expires after 72 hours or after the first time you click on the link. If you do not access this link within 72 hours of receipt of the invitation email, or the link has expired, you will need to call or email your HR Contact to obtain a new link.
The second message with the subject line, Onboarding Credentials Registered Successfully confirms that you have verified your identity and registered your USAJOBS account with your onboarding record in the USA Staffing system. Information specific to accessing your onboarding account and the position are provided in this email.
