To submit a completed form:

  1. Click Tasks.
  2. Click the Task Name link for the form to be submitted.
  3. Click the Form Name link.


Tasks page

  1. Review the information on the form
  2. Click Confirm.
  3. Click Sign and Submit.
  4. A confirmation message displays.
  5. Click I agree.
