To add a “Beneficiary” name on the Beneficiaries page:

  1. Click Tasks.
  2. Click the View link for the Complete New Hire Questionnaire task.
  3. Click the Benefits Information Action link.
  4. Click Beneficiaries.
  5. Click Add Beneficiary.
     
    Add Uniform Service
     
  6. Input all required information.
    Add Uniform Service
     
  7. Click Add.
  8. Click Save & Continue.
