Internet Explorer 10 or 11:

  1. Click Tools; select Delete Browsing History.
  2. Select Preserve Favorites Website data, Temporary Internet files and website files and Cookies and website data.
  3. Click Delete.

Edge:

  1. Click Hub; select History.
  2. Click Clear all history.
  3. Check the boxes for each item you want to clear.
  4. Click Clear.

Firefox:

  1. Click the Menu.
  2. Click History.
  3. Under History, click the link to clear your recent history.
  4. Change the Time range to clear: to Everything.
  5. Ensure Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, and Cache are checked.
  6. Click the Clear Now button.

Chrome:

  1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar (three vertical dots on the right side of the toolbar).
  2. Click More Tools.
  3. Click Clear browsing data.
  4. In the dialog that appears, select the check-boxes for the types of information that you want to remove. Make sure Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site and plugin data, and Cached images and files boxes are checked.
  5. Use the drop-down list at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
