To access New Hire , follow the directions in the invitation or offer emails sent by your HR Contact which will include a unique link that allows you to verify your identity and link your USAJOBS account to begin the onboarding process. Once you have accepted the invitation or offer and successfully logged in, the link is no longer valid and you should log in directly at https://onboard.usastaffing.gov.
The second message with the subject line, Onboarding Credentials Registered Successfully confirms that you have verified your identity and registered your USAJOBS account with your onboarding record in the USA Staffing system. Information specific to accessing your onboarding account and the position are provided in this email.
Note: If you request a new link from your HR Contact, you will receive an email with the subject line titled Welcome to Onboarding! and this email will include the new unique access link so you may proceed with creating your login credentials and accessing your account.
