If you would like to print a form you have already signed or submitted, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Tasks at the top of your menu bar.
  2. Click the Form Name/Number link you wish to print.
  3. Click the Form Name/Number link, again.
  4. Click the Print icon. If you do not see the Print icon, you may need to hover your mouse over the top of the form in order for the icon to appear.
  5. Click Close.
