To delete a a “Beneficiary” on the beneficiaries page:

  1. Click Tasks.
  2. Click the View link for the Complete New Hire Questionnaire task.
  3. Click the Benefits Information Action link.
  4. Click Beneficiaries.

  5. Click Delete.
  6. Click Save & Continue.
