Clearing Your Cache or Temporary Internet Files

Edge:
- Press Control (Ctrl), Shift, Delete (Del) on your keyboard.
- Select All time from the Time range drop-down list.
- Check Browsing history.
- Check Download history.
- Check Cookies and other site data.
- Check Cached images and files.
- Click Clear now.
- Close your browser down completely. Click on the"X"
- Re-open your browser and try your action again.
Firefox:
- Click Open Menu (three horizontal lines on the right side of the toolbar).
- Click Options.
- Click Privacy & Security.
- Under Privacy & Security, click Clear Data.
- Ensure Cookies and Site Data, and Cached Web Content, are checked.
- Click the Clear.
- Close your browser down completely. Click on the"X"
- Re-open your browser and try your action again.
Chrome:
- Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar (three vertical dots on the right side of the toolbar).
- Click More Tools.
- Click Clear browsing data.
- In the dialog that appears, select the check-boxes for the types of information that you want to remove. Make sure Browsing history, Download history, Cookies and other site and plugin data, and Cached images and files boxes are checked.
- Use the drop-down list at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
- Click Clear Browsing Data.
- Close your browser down completely. Click on the"X"
- Re-open your browser and try your action again.
Safari:
- Click History on the top menu bar.
- Click Clear History button.
- Choose All History from the drop-down.
- Click Clear History.
- Close your browser down completely. Click on the"X"
- Re-open your browser and try your action again.
