Onboarding Manager Browser Compatibility

The following browsers have been tested and are compatible with Onboarding Manager:

  • Internet Explorer (IE) 8 or higher
  • Firefox 3.6 or higher
  • Chrome 8 or higher
  • Safari 4.x or higher

Note: The New Hire system supports Internet Explorer 7, but users may experience minor issues with the appearance of certain system features.

The onboarding system is currently experiencing compatibility issues with Internet Explorer (IE) versions 10 and 11. If you experience any issues accessing the system using IE 10 or 11, please use the internet browser Mozilla Firefox. Mozilla Firefox is the internet browser that is most compatible with New Hire at this time (this internet browser can be downloaded at no cost).

To view forms in the onboarding system, you must have Adobe Reader version 8 or higher, or a similar pdf viewing application installed on your computer.

If you experience issues with viewing PDF forms using the internet browser Google Chrome, please use another internet browser such as Mozilla Firefox to access view the PDF forms.
