To access Onboarding Manager, follow the directions in the invitation emails sent by your HR Contact. You will receive the following two invitation emails:
The first message is an invitation email that includes specific information from your onboarding agency.
The second message with the subject line, Onboarding Access, includes a unique link that allows you to verify your identity and establish your password. This link expires after 72 hours or after the first time you click on the link. If you do not access this link within 72 hours of receipt of the invitation email, or the link has expired, you will need to call or email your HR Contact to obtain a new link.
Note: If you request a new link from your HR Contact, you will receive an email with the subject line titled Welcome to Onboarding! and this email will include the new unique access link so you may proceed with creating your login credentials and accessing your account.
