Clearing Your Cache or Temporary Internet Files

Internet Explorer 8 or 9:
- Click Tools; select Internet Options.
- In the General tab, under Browsing history, click the Delete button.
- Deselect Preserve Favorites website data. Ensure the boxes are checked for Temporary Internet files, Cookies, Form data, and Passwords.
- Click Delete.
Firefox:
- Click on the Settings gear. An Options box will pop-up.
- Click on the Privacy tab.
- Under History, click the link to clear your recent history.
- Change the Time range to clear: to Everything.
- Ensure Browsing & Download History, Form & Search History, Cookies, and Cache are checked.
- Click the Clear Now button.
Chrome:
- Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
- Select Tools.
- Select Clear browsing data.
- In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. Make sure Clear browsing history, Clear download history, Delete cookies and other site and plug-in data, and Empty the cache boxes are checked.
- Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
- Click Clear browsing data.
Safari:
- Click Safari on the toolbar.
- Click Preferences.
- Click on the Privacy Tab in the menu along the top of the settings popup window.
- Click the Remove All Website Data button.
- Click Remove Now.
