Employment Information Questionnaire
The Employment Information questionnaire is where you review and enter information related to your employment with the United States, both government and military, any Uniformed service you may have, and veterans' preference. Pages contained within this questionnaire may vary based on information needed by the hiring agency during the onboarding process.
The Employment Information page is where you answer questions regarding your employment history.
The Uniformed Service page is where you answer background information questions regarding your uniformed service. The following elements may be displayed:
- Have you had active duty military service? This is where you indicate if you have active duty military service using the radio buttons.
- Actions. This allows you to edit or delete an entry after branch of uniformed service has been entered. The actions are:
- Edit. This button allows you to modify the branch of uniformed service listed. For instructions, see Editing a branch of service on the uniformed service page.
- Delete. This button allows you to delete the branch of uniformed service listed. For instructions, see Deleting a branch of service on the uniformed service page.
- Add Uniformed Service. The button allows you to add uniformed service information. For instructions, see Adding a branch of service on the uniformed service page
The Veterans Preference page is where you answer background information questions regarding your veterans' preference claim.
The Civil Service page is where you answer background information questions regarding your civil service.
