Adding a question screen-out to an announcement questionnaire item

To add a question screen-out to an announcement questionnaire item:

1. Select an announcement.
2. Click Announcement Questionnaire.
3. Click Add Screen-Out.

    

   

    

4. Select Add Question Screen-Out from the drop-down list.
5. Enter the Name of your screen-out.
6. If necessary, un-check the appropriate Apply Screen-Out to Rating Combinations.
7. Select an Ineligibility Code from the drop-down list.
8. Click Add Item.
9. Select an available item from the Item drop-down list
10. Toggle on or off the appropriate qualifying and disqualifying response(s).
11. Repeat these steps to add additional items to the screen-out.

     

    

     

12. Click Save Screen-out.
