Adding a task to a workflow

To add a task to a workflow:

  1. Click Admin on the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Manage Workflows link.
  3. Click the appropriate workflow template Name link.
  4. Click Workflow Activities.
     
    Task template
     
  5. Click Add Task.
  6. Place a check in the gray box next to the appropriate task(s) to be added.
     
    Tasks
     
  7. Click Add Task.
