Adding an applicant to an issued certificate

To add an applicant to an issued certificate:

  1. Select a certificate.
  2. Toggle on Amend Certificate.

  3. Click Edit Icon next to the applicant name to view applicants available to be added.
  4. Select radio button next to the desired applicant.
  5. Click Add Above or Add Below, as appropriate for the applicant to be added to the certificate.

  6. The following confirmation message displays: "Applicant XXXX has been added to the list.

Notes:

  • If a review has been created for the certificate, a new review is not necessary after adding an applicant to an issued certificate. An applicant cannot be added to a certificate that has had the Certificate Audit Complete toggled on.
  • Applicants cannot be amended (i.e., added, removed, or reordered) within an expired certificate.
