Adding an applicant to an issued certificate

To add an applicant to an issued certificate:
- Select a certificate.
- Toggle on Amend Certificate.
- Click Edit Icon next to the applicant name to view applicants available to be added.
- Select radio button next to the desired applicant.
- Click Add Above or Add Below, as appropriate for the applicant to be added to the certificate.
- The following confirmation message displays: "Applicant XXXX has been added to the list.
Notes:
- If a review has been created for the certificate, a new review is not necessary after adding an applicant to an issued certificate. An applicant cannot be added to a certificate that has had the Certificate Audit Complete toggled on.
- Applicants cannot be amended (i.e., added, removed, or reordered) within an expired certificate.
