Adding an assessment package template to a vacancy

To add an assessment package template to a vacancy:

  1. Select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section.
  3. Click the Assessment Package tab. For instructions, see Opening a tab.
  4. Click Assessment Package tab. The Create Assessment tab displays

  5. Click Select Template.
  6. The Assessment Package Search displays with default values. If necessary, make necessary edits or Add new search field.

  7. Click Search.
  8. Click Preview or click the appropriate Name link.
  9. The following confirmation message displays: “Are you sure you want to copy this template?”
  10. Click Copy Template.
  11. A Copy Assessment Package Template message displays indicating the copy completed successfully.
  12. Click Done.

Note: Only templates in a Published or Retired status are available for copy.
