Adding forms to a new hire record

To add a form to a new hire record:

  1. Click the New Hires tab on the Dashboard.
  2. Click the appropriate new hire Name link.
  3. Click Add Task. A pop-up box will display.

  4. Place a check in the gray box next to appropriate form Task Name.
     
    Request table
     
  5. Click Add Task.
