Applicant Assessment

The Applicant-Assessment page is where you review the responses the applicant provided to the questionnaire. Users with the appropriate permission profile can edit applicant responses on this page. To access this tab, select a Request Number in Pending Recruitment status from the Dashboard, click the Vacancy Number link in the Vacancy Created section, and click the Applicant Overview tab, click the applicant name link, click Assessment and click the plus sign (+) in front of the Assessment Questionnaire Responses to open all items or click the (+) next to an individual item. The number displayed to the right indicates how many items are available. The following elements are displayed:

Applicant Assessment

  • Item Text. This is the text presented to the applicant in the assessment questionnaire.
  • Look in the Applicant History for details on the change. This icon will display of a user changes an applicant response.
  • Competency. If a competency is linked to an item the competency title will display.
  • Response Option. This is the response text. For instructions, see Editing applicant assessment questionnaire responses.
