Assessment Package Template - Checklist
The Checklist page in the Assessment Package Template is where you see all assessments associated with the template, complete the checklist, verify the rating combinations and publish the Assessment Package Template. To access this page, click Admin on the Dashboard, click the Manage Assessment Package Templates link in the Templates section to open the Templates tab. Click the Assessment Package Template Name and click Checklist to open the page. The following elements are displayed:
The Assessment Package Checklist section is where you review all components of the assessment are complete.
- Publish Template . This button allows you to publish the template when the assessment package checklist is complete. For instructions, see Publishing an assessment package template.
The Rating Combinations section displays a list of all rating combinations associated with the templage. You can sort any of the columns in this table in ascending or descending order. The following elements are displayed:
- Used. This check-box allows you to choose which rating combinations to use for your Assessment Package Template.
- Series. This column displays the series associated with the assessment.
- Specialty. This column displays the specialty associated with the assessment, if applicable.
- Grade. This column displays the grade(s) associated with the assessment.
