Cancelling an incomplete request

To cancel an incomplete request:

  1. Open a request.
  2. Click Request Information.
  3. Select Request Cancelled from the Status drop-down list. For additional information, see: Request Information.

  4. Select the Request Cancel Reason from the drop-down list.
  5. Click Cancel Request.
  6. The confirmation message “Are you sure you want to change the Request status?” displays.
  7. Click Cancel Request.
