Classification

The Classification section facilitates the collaboration between Human Resources and Hiring Managers to build mission-focused and defensible Position Descriptions (PDs) faster, manage them effectively, and use them for recruitment and reporting. This is where you can create, edit, and decommission position descriptions independent of a vacancy. To access this section, click Classification on the top menu.
