Copying an announcement section

To copy an announcement section:

1. Select an announcement.
2. Click Announcement Text.

    

   

    

3. Click Copy Requirements.
4. Click From Vacancy or From Template. If the from vacancy is the only option, there are no template types in the Announcement Template Library matching that announcement section.
5. Enter the vacancy number or select a template from the drop-down list and click Copy .
6. Click Save.
