Creating a general contact

To create a general contact:

  1. Click Admin on the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Manage General Contacts link to open the General Contact Admin tab.
  3. Click Create General Contact.
  4. Complete all applicable fields in the General Contact Information section.

  5. Select the office(s) from the Offices drop-down list.
  6. Click Save.
