Creating a panel review

To create a panel review:

  1. Open a stored list
  2. Click Create Review OR Click Gear icon.
  3. Enter the Review Name.
  4. Select an Owner from the drop-down list, if appropriate.
  5. Select a Due Date from the calendar drop-down.
  6. The Auto Recall Date will display an agency set default. Modify if necessary.

  7. Click Select Instructions from the gear icon to select an instructional template.
  8. Enter the Review Instructions if not using an instructional template. The instructions may not exceed 5000 characters.
  9. Click Add Stored List, if applicable.
  10. Add a request, if applicable.
  11. Add a follower, if applicable.
  12. Click Save.
  13. Click Review Assignments.
  14. Add a reviewer, if applicable. Reviewers are limited for panel reviews to 10 or less.

  15. Click the + next to the reviewer name and select the supporting documents to be included with the review, as applicable.
  16. Select applicable Permissions.
  17. Click Send Review.
