Creating a permission profile

To create a permission profile:

  1. Click Admin on the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Manage Permission Profiles link to open the Permissions Admin tab.
  3. Click the Create Profile button.

  4. Enter a unique Profile Name.
  5. Select the User Type from the drop-down list.
  6. The Profile Type will be automatically designated based on the functions enabled.
  7. Enter the Profile Description.
  8. Change the Office, if applicable.
  9. Add any applicable Tags. The system automatically tags a profile with offices to which it is assigned.
  10. Click + to expand a section.
  11. Use the Enabled toggle for any additional function(s) to be included in the profile.
  12. Follow these steps for each section.

  13. Click Save.
