Creating a review

To create a review:
- Open a request
- Click the Vacancy Number link.
- Click the + tab and select Reviews from the drop-down list.
- Click Create Review.
- Select a Review Type from the drop-down list.
- Enter the Review Name.
- Select an Owner from the drop-down list, if appropriate.
- Select a Due Date from the calendar drop-down.
- The Auto Recall Date will display an agency set default. Modify, if necessary.
- Click Select Instructions from the gear icon to select an instructional template.
- Enter the Review Instructions if not using an instructional template. The instructions may not exceed 5000 characters.
- Place a check in the appropriate Attachments boxes for a Job Opportunity Announcement (JOA) review type. These options are only available when Job Opportunity Announcement (JOA) is selected from Review Type in the Review Information section.
- Click Add Applicant List if this is an Applicant List review. This option is only available when Applicant List is selected from Review Type in the Review Information section.
- Click Add Assessment if this is an assessment review. This option is only available when Assessment is selected in Attachments.
- Add a request, if applicable.
- Add a follower, if applicable.
- Click Save.
- Click Review Assignments.
- Add a reviewer.
- Click Send Review.
Note: For JOA reviews, the Hiring Manager will not be able to use the preview the announcement button, unless the HR User has generated a USAJOBS Preview. For instructions, please see Previewing an announcement on USAJOBS
