Creating a review from a certificate

To create a review from a certificate:

  1. Open a certificate
  2. Click the Gear icon and select Create Review from the drop-down list.
  3. Enter the Review Name.
  4. Select an Owner from the drop-down list, if appropriate.
  5. Select a Due Date from the calendar drop-down.
  6. The Auto Recall Date will automatically display to an agency set default. Change if necessary.

  7. Enter the Review Instructions. The instructions may not exceed 5000 characters.
  8. Click Add Applicant List to add an additional applicant list to the review.
  9. Click Add Request to add an additional request to the review.
  10. Click Add Follower to add followers to the review.
  11. Click Save.
  12. Click Review Assignments.
  13. Click Add Reviewer to add reviewers to the review.

  14. Click the + next to the reviewer name to expand the review permissions assigned to the reviewer and modify, if applicable.
  15. Click Save.
  16. Click Send Review.

Note: Expired certificates cannot be sent in new or existing reviews.
