Creating a workflow

To create a workflow:

  1. Click Admin on the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Manage Workflows link.
  3. Click Create Workflow.

  4. Enter the workflow template Name.
  5. Select the Purpose from the drop-down list.
  6. Select the Request Type from the drop-down list, if the purpose is Staffing.
  7. Enter the Time-to-Hire Goal, if applicable.
  8. Select the Owning Office from the drop-down list.
  9. Select the appropriate Tags from the drop-down list.
  10. Click Save.
  11. Click Workflow Activities.
  12. Click Add Task. The Add Tasks pop-up will display.

  13. Place a check in the box next to the appropriate Task Name.
  14. Click Add Task.
  15. Click the + in Task Rules.

  16. Check the box to the left of the rule to edit.
  17. Click Add Rules.
  18. Repeat if applicable.
  19. Click Workflow Properties.
  20. Click Publish.
