Creating a workflow template

To create a workflow template:

  1. Click Admin on the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Manage Workflows link.
  3. Click Create Workflow.

  4. Select the Purpose from the drop-down list.
  5. Enter the workflow template Name.
  6. Select the Request Type from the drop-down list.
  7. Select the Office from the drop-down list.
  8. Select the appropriate Tags from the drop-down list.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Click Add Task. The Add Tasks pop-up will display.

  11. Place a check in the box next to the appropriate Task Name.
  12. Click Add Task.
