Release 11.6 - 5/1/2020

Welcome

  • Added a new tile titled Forms Awaiting HR Action. When added to the Welcome Dashboard, this tile displays up to ten New Hires with forms ready for HR action for which the logged in user is the Process Owner. Users can click the new hire link to navigate directly to the Forms page in the New Hire Record for action. This tile can be selected multiple times and the ellipsis icon (…) on the upper right corner provides the following additional options:
    • Tile Name – Users can change the tile name. This field has a 40-character limit.
    • Process Owner – Users can change this value from the default logged in user to any specific user.
    • Form Status – Defaults to Any. Users can filter the tile results by each of the following statuses:
      • Pending Initial HR Data Entry
      • Pending HR Data Entry
      • Pending Acceptance
      • Pending Return for Signature
      • Pending Authorization
      • Pending Fund Certification
      • Pending Approval
      • Pending Release
      • Released
    • Delete – Selecting this option will delete this tile.
  • Added a new tile titled Documents & Forms with eOPF Errors. When added to the Welcome Dashboard, this tile displays up to ten New Hires with Documents or Forms with eOPF transmission errors for which the logged in user is the Process Owner. Users can click the new hire link to navigate directly to the Manage Tasks page in the New Hire Record for action. This tile can be selected multiple times and the ellipsis icon (…) on the upper right corner provides the following additional options:
    • Tile Name – Users can change the tile name. This field has a 40-character limit.
    • Process Owner – Users can change this value from the default logged in user to any specific user.
    • Delete – Selecting this option will delete this tile.

Welcome

  • Added a new tile titled Docs & Forms Ready to Transmit to eOPF. When added to the Welcome Dashboard, this tile displays up to ten New Hires with Documents or Forms ready for transmission to eOPF status for which the logged in user is the Process Owner. Users can click the new hire name to navigate directly to the Manage Tasks page in the New Hire Record for action. This tile can be selected multiple times and the ellipsis icon (…) on the upper right corner provides the following additional options:

    • Process Owner – Users can change this value from the default All Users to a specific user.

  • Added a new tile titled Documents & Forms in Transit to eOPF. When added to the Welcome Dashboard, this tile displays up to ten New Hires with Documents or Forms currently in transmission to eOPF status for which the logged in user is the Process Owner. Users can click the new hire name to navigate directly to the Manage Tasks page in the New Hire Record for action. This tile can be selected multiple times and the ellipsis icon (…) on the upper right corner provides the following additional options:
    • Tile Name – Users can change the tile name. This field has a 40-character limit.
    • Process Owner – Users can change this value from the default All Users to a specific user.
    • Delete – Selecting this option will delete this tile.
  • Added a new tile titled New Hires without Process Owner. When added to the Welcome Dashboard, this tile displays up to ten New Hires without an assigned Process Owner. Users can click the new hire name to navigate directly to the Overview tab in the New Hire Record for action. This tile can be selected multiple times and the ellipsis icon (…) on the upper right corner provides the following additional options:
    • Tile Name – Users can change the tile name. This field has a 40-character limit.
    • Process Owner – Users can change this value from the default Unassigned to a specific user.
    • Status – Defaults to Active new hires.
    • Delete – Selecting this option will delete this tile.

Dashboard

  • Added an advanced filtering option titled Forms. This new option allows HR or Onboarding users to filter new hires based on the following Forms statuses.
    • Pending Initial HR Data Entry
    • Pending HR Data Entry
    • Pending Acceptance
    • Pending Return for Signature
    • Pending Authorization
    • Pending Fund Certification
    • Pending Approval
    • Pending Release
    • Released

Release 11.2 - 1/11/2020

Welcome

  • Added a new tile titled New Hire Account Status Totals. When added to the Welcome Dashboard, this tile displays the total number of New Hire records that lack necessary values or that otherwise require action. This tile enables user to display counts of new hires based on configurable filters. This tile can be selected multiple times and the ellipsis icon (…) on the upper right corner provides a combination of the following additional options for each of the following totals within:
    • New Hires Starting Soon – This tile defaults to show the count of all New Hire records that the logged in user has access to in which the Date Milestone for Projected Start Date is in the next 14 days.
      • Tile Name – Users can change the tile name. This field has a 40-character limit.
      • Process Owner – Users can change this value from the default All Users to a specific user.
      • Date Milestones – Users can select either the Projected Entry-on-Duty Date or the Effective Date of Appointment.
      • Due Date – Users can select a date range of up to +/- 14 days from the current date. The default setting is +14 days from the current date.
      • Delete – Selecting this option will delete all four grouped tiles.
    • Active New Hires After EOD – This shows the count of all Active New Hire records that the logged in user has access to in which the New Hire's account still has active human resource tasks, despite the New Hire having entered into duty.
      • Tile Name – Users can change the tile name. This field has a 40-character limit.
      • Process Owner – Users can change this value from the default All Users to a specific user.
      • Delete – Selecting this option will delete all four grouped tiles.
    • New Hires - No Process Owner – This shows the count of all New Hire records that the logged in user has access to for which there is no assigned process owner. It includes all records (active and inactive) without a process owner. ***Tile Name – Users can change the tile name. This field has a 40-character limit.
      • Process Owner – Defaults to Unassigned.
      • Delete – Selecting this option will delete all four grouped tiles.
    • New Hires Never Logged In – This shows the count of all New Hire records that the logged in user has access to in which the New Hire has not yet logged in following the dispatch of an Invitation, Tentative or Official Offer. The count reflects a unique number of individual New Hires---it does not count multiple outstanding offers per new hire.
      • Tile Name – Users can change the tile name. This field has a 40-character limit.
      • Process Owner – Users can change this value from the default All Users to a specific user.
      • New Hire Status – Users can select either Active or Inactive. Defaults to Active.
      • Delete – Selecting this option will delete all four grouped tiles.

Dashboard

  • Added an advanced filtering option titled Invitation/Offer Response. This new option allows HR or Onboarding users to filter new hires based on the response received for invitations or job offers, and quickly find new hires that may need further action or follow-up. The following response types are available:
    • All Responses (default)
    • Contact Requested for Tentative Offer
    • Contact Requested for Official Offer
    • Pending Invitation Response
    • Pending Tentative Offer Response
    • Pending Official Offer Response
    • Declined Invitation
    • Declined Tentative Offer
    • Declined Official Offer
    • Accepted Invitation
    • Accepted Tentative Offer
    • Accepted Official Offer
