The Data Transmission History page is where you can view a history of New Hire Interconnection transmissions sent to agencies interconnected systems involved in the New Hire process.The number to the right indicates how many transmissions have been sent. To access this tab, click the appropriate new hire Name link from the New Hires tab, click Overview and click Data Transmission History. The following elements are displayed:
- Endpoint Name. This is the name of New Hire Interconnection system where the data is being sent.
- Date and Time Stamp. This is the date and time the data was transmitted.
- Result. This is the status of the transmission.
- Triggering Task. This is the task that triggered the transmission.
- Triggering User. This is the user who completed the task that triggered the transmission.
- Action. This button allows the user to trigger the retransmission.
Note: eOPF transmissions do not display on this page. Check the Forms and Documents tab for the eOPF transmission history.
Result Codes:
- 200 – The record has been updated.
- 201 – The record did not exist, but it was added.
- 400 – The data provided failed validation.
- 401 – The authentication token is missing or invalid.
- 404 – The record does not exist and will not be added.
- 409 – The record already exists based on the unique identifier provided.
- 500 – Any server error.
