Deleting location information from an incomplete request

To delete location information from an incomplete request:

1. Open a request in Incomplete status. For additional information, see Request.
2. Click Location Information.
3. Place a check in the box to left of the location to be deleted.

    

   

    

4. Click Delete Selected.
5. The confirmation message “Are you sure you want to delete this Location?” displays.
6. Click Delete Location.

Note: Only location information for requests in Incomplete status may be deleted.
