Deleting multiple offices or customers from one user record

To delete multiple offices or customers from one user record:

  1. Click Admin on the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Manage Users link to open the User Admin tab.
  3. Click the Email Address link for the user to be deleted.
  4. Place a check in the box next to the applicable office(s) or customer(s) you want to delete or place a check in the gray box at the top of the column to select all offices or customers.
  5. Click Remove Selected.
