Designating an applicant for follow-up

To designate an applicant for follow-up:

  1. Select a vacancy.
  2. Click the Applicant Overview tab.

  3. Click on the gray flag to the right of the applicant you would like to indicate for follow-up.
  4. The flag will change to blue indicating the record requires follow-up.

Note: If an applicant submits multiple applications during the open period of the announcement, any follow-up or reviewed indicators will be removed and the most recent application will be the application of record. The applicant history will reflect these changes.
