Determining which form is locking a response(s) in the questionnaire

To determine which form is locking a response(s) in the questionnaire:

1. Click the New Hires tab on the Dashboard.
2. Click the appropriate new hire Name link.
3. Click the Questionnaires tab.
4. Click the applicable Questionnaire.

    

   

    

5. Hover over the lock icon to the left of a question. The form name that is locking the question will display.

Note: If the lock icon is not displayed next to the field needing correction, the field is not locked for the new hire.
