Editing an additional contact

To edit an additional contact within a customer:

  1. Select a customer.
  2. On the Onboarding Defaults page, make the necessary changes.

  3. Click the edit icon next to Additional Contact Title.
  4. Edit contact title, as appropriate.
  5. Select the contact(s) from the drop-down list.
  6. Click Save.
