Editing an external contact

To edit an external contact:

  1. Select an announcement.
  2. Click Announcement Information.
  3. Click the Questions About This Job edit icon to make the changes.

  4. Choose the contact from the Choose Contact pop-up box.
  5. Select the phone number, email address, Help Desk URL (for a general contact only), and/or fax number to be published in the USAJOBS announcement.
  6. Click Save.
