Filtering customers

To filter customers:

  1. Click Admin on the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Manage Customers link in the Maintenance section to open the Customer Admin tab.
  3. Select the appropriate organization from the All CPDF Organizations drop-down list to filter customers by a specific organization.

  4. Select the appropriate agency from All CPDF Agencies drop-down list to filter customers by a specific agency.
  5. Select the appropriate office from the All Organizations drop-down list to filter customers by organization.
  6. Select the appropriate office from the All Offices drop-down list to filter customers by office.
  7. The customers will update as each new filter is applied.
