Generating a certificate by application date

To generate a certificate by application date:

  1. Select a vacancy.
  2. Click the Applicant Overview tab.
  3. Click Create List.
     
    Application Date
     
  4. Select the appropriate Certificate Type from the drop-down list.
  5. If appropriate, select the Grade from the drop-down list.
  6. Select the appropriate Rank By radio button.
  7. Select the appropriate Priority Order radio button.
  8. Select the appropriate Refer Method radio button.
  9. Select the appropriate Order radio button.
  10. Select the appropriate Filters.
  11. Select the appropriate Application Date from the drop-down list.
  12. Select the From: Application Date from the drop-down calendar.
  13. Select the To: Application Date from the drop-down calendar.
  14. Toggle on Do not apply "To" filter to 10-pt Vets, if applicable.
  15. Click Issue Certificate to issue the certificate or Save List if you would like to review the list at a later time.
