Release 13.4 - 9/24/2021

  • Added the Location Label located in the Announcement Location page to the Hiring Manager Dashboard, Stored List Panel Reviews and Applicant List Certificate Reviews. This information will display in Label, City, State format.

  • Removed the "Do you want to use the position description from the original request?" question and designated the Position Description field as required when creating an Additional Selection request for consistency across all request types.

Release 13.3 - 8/27/2021

  • Updated the new hire name that appears in the My Hires Dashboard tile and in the Requests page to display the name as it appears in the new hire record, not in the certificate or application record.

Release 13.2 - 7/30/2021

  • In consistency with other system areas, added a unique color bar and label to the Stage and Training environments header so users can quickly and easily distinguish each site when logged into the Stage, Training, or Production environments.
  • Added the ability for HM users to see bulleted and numbered lists within Review Instructions.

Release 13.1 - 7/2/2021

  • Modified stored lists without a certificate type to display in alphabetical order for consistency with the HR view.

Release 13.0 - 6/4/2021

  • Expanded Hiring Manager access to Notes on Reviews associated with multiple customers. The Hiring Manager’s access to see and interact with notes will now be determined by the customers added in the Vacancy Position Information page instead of the customers added in the Request(s) associated with the Review.

Release 12.3 - 11/13/2020

  • Added the ability to batch print applications from an Applicant List, Stored List, and Certificate. Users can generate a batch print file by selecting one or more applicants from the list and choosing the Print Applications option from the Apply Action button. The following options will then be presented in a pop-up box:
    • Choose Application Type
      • Complete Application – Prints the entire application to include Position Information, Biographic Information, Announcement Questionnaire, and Assessment Questionnaire, and Documents list.
      • Assessment Questionnaire – Prints the application to include Position Information, Biographic Information, and Assessment Questionnaire; excluding the Announcement Questionnaire and Documents list.
    • Choose Print Order
      • Order by List Rank
      • Order by Last Name
