Release 15.6 - 6/9/2023
- Improved experience when users are unable to view applicant resumes within an SME Review due to browser settings. If a reviewer’s browser is unable to load the resume in the side-panel, they will be presented with the following message:
“Your browser does not currently have a PDF Viewer enabled; therefore, the applicant's resume was downloaded to your computer. Please open the file and review it to complete your evaluation.”
Release 15.4 - 4/14/2023
- Added the ability to access a Subject Matter Expert Review from the Assignments tile on the Hiring Manager Dashboard. Managers may use the Sort By, Filters, and Search fields to further refine results.

- Added the ability for Hiring Manager users to complete Subject Matter Expert Reviews. When accessing the review, SMEs will automatically be presented with candidates and resumes to evaluate against assessment questions established by HR. Each evaluation the SME completes will be transmitted to HR to review and finalize. For additional information on the SME experience and how HR users may configure reviews, see the SME Review Assignment User Guide available on the USA Staffing Resource Center.

- Updated the Chief Human Capital Officer's (CHCO) Council Manager's Satisfaction Survey to automatically include recruitment data. When a Hiring Manager returns an Applicant List Review, the CHCO Survey URL will automatically include the following data elements:
- USAJOBS Control Number
- Position Title
- Interdisciplinary designation
- Series
- Pay Plan
- Grade
- Cybersecurity Code(s)
- Remote designation
- Telework-eligible designation
- Location information – including documenting if the position is Location Negotiable or Outside the U.S.
- CPDF Code
- Sub-Organization = CPDF Agency Name associated with the CPDF Code from the first customer associated with the Vacancy
- List of Certificate Numbers for each Applicant List associated with the Review
- If a selection was made from at least one Applicant List associated with the Review
Release 15.3 - 3/17/2023
- Added a footer to Hiring Manager pages including direct links to newly established pages for the following information:
- Terms of Use
- Privacy Policy
- Vulnerability Disclosure Policy
Release 15.1 - 1/20/2023
- When an Applicant List Review is returned or automatically recalled, an email is sent to all assigned Hiring Manager reviewers with a link to the Chief Human Capital Officer Council (CHCO) survey. This automatic email also includes relevant review and selection information
- Added the ability for Hiring Manager users to designate a request as a Remote Job when creating or editing a request.
Release 15.0 - 12/16/2022
- Removed timed re-direction pages during the transition to the new Hiring Manager dashboard. Hiring Manager users will be immediately directed to the dashboard upon logging in or switching user types.

- Updated language on the Hiring Manager Applicant List Review pages to align with terminology on the HM dashboard, to include the following changes:
- Changed page title from Applicant List to Assignment: Applicant List Review.
- Added an Assignment Name to the header column.
- Changed My Assignments to Applicant Lists.
- Within the instruction pop up, changed Review Instructions to Assignment Instructions.
- Within the applicant list Selection Decision modal, changed Hiring Action Number to Request Number
- Within the applicant list Selection Decision modal, changed the placeholder text for Hiring Action Number from Select a request to Select a Request Number.
- Updated language on the Hiring Manager Panel List Review pages to align with terminology on the HM dashboard, to include the following changes:
- Changed page title from Panel Review to Assignment: Panel Review.
- Added an Assignment Name to the header column.
- Changed My Assignments to Stored Lists.
- Within the instruction pop up, changed Review Instructions to Assignment Instructions.
- Within the panel list, changed Instructions’ title mouseover from “Clicking this button will show the review's instructions.” to “Click this button to see the panel list instructions.”
- Within the panel list, removed the > View Lists after the review name.

- Updated language on the Hiring Manager Job Announcement Review pages to align with terminology on the HM dashboard, to include the following changes:
- Changed page title from Job Opportunity Announcement (JOA) to Assignment: Job Announcement Review.
- Added an Assignment Name to the header column.
- Changed My Assignments to Job Announcement Sections.
- Updated language on the Hiring Manager Position Description Review pages to align with terminology on the HM dashboard, to include the following changes:
- Changed Review Instructions to Assignment Instructions.
- Changed Instructions' title mouseover from “Click this button to the review's instructions.” to “Click this button to see the assignment's instructions.”
- Within the confirmation required instruction pop up, changed text to: “There are other reviewers that have not completed their Position Description Review assignment. If you return this assignment to HR, they will no longer be able to access it. Are you sure you want to return this assignment?” Note: This displays when there are at least two reviewers assigned.
- Changed the View PD PDF button title to Preview as PDF.
- Changed the Return Review button title to Return Assignment.

- Modified the account drop-down options to only display User Type and Tenant when more than one option is available for selection to eliminate any indication that there are additional options.

- When an HM user does not have access to Position Descriptions, the number zero (0) will display in the Position Descriptions tile.
Release 14.8 - 10/21/2022
- Updated language on the Hiring Manager pages to align with terminology on the HM dashboard, to include the following changes:
- Updated page title from Request Hiring Action to Request to Fill Position.
- Updated request type label from Type of Hiring Requested to How would you like to fill this position?
- Updated request number label from Hiring Action Number to Request Number.
- Updated customer label from Requesting Customer to Hiring Organization.
- Updated requester label from Requester to Hiring Manager.
