Release 25.06 - 4/24/2025
- Modified the Eligible Series column to facilitate the process for Hiring Managers when reviewing applicants for interdisciplinary positions on Applicant List Reviews. Hiring Managers will only see the job series that the applicant elected to be considered and for which HR has deemed the applicant qualified.
Release 25.05 - 3/6/2025
- Added increased transparency, improved usability, and streamlined decision making to the Individual Selection process for Hiring Managers. When the Make Selection Decisions and Return Individual Selections option is enabled for a Hiring Manager (HM) on an Applicant List Review, HMs will see an option to Send Selection Decision to HR for immediate onboarding within the selection modal.
- If Send Selection Decision is selected, all HMs on the review will see the new Immediate Onboarding column updated to Yes.
- If Send Selection Decision is not selected, all HMs on the review will see the new Immediate Onboarding column updated to No.
- If the applicant is not selected, the column will display Immediate Onboarding: No.
- If no selection is made, a hyphen (-) will remain in the Immediate Onboarding column.

Release 25.03 - 1/8/2025
- Updated the Hiring Manager help content platform and migrated content to a new software named Zendesk for improved user experience. Hiring Manager users will now benefit from faster page loads, enhanced navigation, higher-resolution images, and improved search capabilities when accessing online help.
