Issuing an interdisciplinary certificate or list

To issue an interdisciplinary certificate or list:

  1. Select a vacancy.
  2. Click the Applicant Overview tab.
  3. Click Create List.

  4. Select the appropriate Certificate Type from the drop-down list.
  5. Select the Certificate Grade from the drop-down list if applicable.

  6. The system will default to Rating (exclude Veterans Points) under Rank By.
  7. If appropriate, enter the CTAP/ICTAP Well Qualified Score.
  8. The system will default to the appropriate Priority Order.
  9. The system will default to the appropriate Refer Method.
  10. The system will default to Name under Order.
  11. Select the appropriate Action in the Filters section.
  12. The system defaults to the selection made in the Refer Method above for Category Rating.
  13. Select the appropriate Eligibilities in the Filters section.
  14. Select the appropriate Locations if multiple locations are listed. As the filters are updated, you will notice the Applicant List will update accordingly. This option will display only if there are multiple locations associated with the vacancy.
  15. Select the appropriate Veterans Preference if applicable.
  16. Select the appropriate Series or Any .
  17. Select the appropriate Certification Status if applicable.
  18. Enter the Application Date using the drop-down calendar if applicable.
  19. Click Issue Certificate to issue the certificate or Save List if you would like to review the list at a later time.
