Manage Agency Forms

Manage Agency Forms is where you view a list of all published New Hire forms by Owning Office. The number to the right indicates how many New Hire forms are available. This number updates based on Owning Office selected. The following elements are displayed:

• Owning Office. This drop-down list allows you to filter the owning office.
• Form Number. This column displays the forms number.
• Form Name. This column displays the form name. Access a form by clicking on the link.
