Modifying a permission profile for an existing user

To modify a permission profile for an existing user:

  1. Click Admin on the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Manage Users link to open the User Admin tab.
  3. Click the Email Address link for the user to be modified.
  4. Click Add/Modify Permission.
  5. Click the User Type to expand the appropriate section.
  6. Enter a Customer/Office Filter, if applicable.
  7. Click the Permission Profile column for the office or customer to be modified.

  8. Select the Permission Profile to be assigned.
  9. Click Save.
