Modifying a user record

To modify a user record:

  1. Click Admin on the Dashboard.
  2. Click the Manage Users link to open the User Admin tab.
  3. Click the Email Address link for the user to be modified.
  4. Make the necessary changes in the User Profile section.
  5. Click Add/Modify Permission, if applicable.
  6. Expand the user type to be modified.
  7. Enter the search criteria in the Customer/Office Filter box, if applicable.

  8. Make the necessary changes in the Permission Profile section.
  9. Click Save.
