Overriding multiple applicants rating based on panel recommendation

To override multiple applicant ratings based on panel recommendation:

1. Viewing a vacancy.
2. Click the + tab and select Reviews from the drop-down list.
3. Click the Review Name link.
4. Click Review Information.
5. Click the Stored List name link.

    

   

    

6. Input a check next to the desired applicants.
7. Click Override Ratings.
8. Select Rating Combinations, if applicable.
9. Select Minimum Qualifications or Applicant Scores, as appropriate.

    

   

    

10. Select Minimum Qualifications or Applicant Scores, as appropriate.
11. Select the appropriate option for overriding the applicant.
12. Click Override or Override & Close.

Note: Users are able to override ratings for up to 25 applicants at a time within Panel Reviews.
