Previewing assessment questionnaire in PDF format

To preview assessment questionnaire in PDF format:

  1. Open the assessment questionnaire.
     
    Questionnaire
     
  2. Select PDF Preview from the gear icon drop-down list.
  3. Click the Print icon.
  4. Click X in the upper right hand corner of the tab to exit.
